All Calibration & Reset Services include:

Re-stringing

Acoustic Bridges

*Acoustic bridge replacements are based on $75 per hour. Prices are rough estimates and may vary
-Replace Saddle, Martin/Gibson/ or similar: pre-shaped/standard size $40 + blank material
-Replace saddle, Custom fabrication $60
-Replace Saddle, Taylor: $30
-Replace bridge, $75 per hour, typically 2 hours + bridge material and new saddle

*Prices are approximate and reflect the cost when done with Calibration & Reset. Extra woodworking and/or lay out time may increase costs. Conversely, easier installs may cost less.

Pick Up Installations

*Custom wiring/General Electronics work $75 per hour
-Standard installations: 1st pick up $45, $15 for each additional pick up done at the same time
-Tele Bridge Pick up, or similar pick up ring/bridge combination $55, $15 for additional Pickups (+a restring for $15)
-EMG installations (from passive, with EMG quick connect systems): $75 per hour (1 hour minimum) typically 1-1.5 hours for most installs

-Fishmans/Other Active systems installs (from passive, NO quick connect systems): $75 per hour (1 hour minimum) typically 1-1.5 hours for most installs

-Hollowbody Pick up install or wiring: Custom wiring rate, ¾ hour minimum
-Sustainiac installation: Starts at $150
-Pick up rewinding starting at $80 (includes uninstall and re-install)
-Route body for new pick up, flattop/fender style: Custom woodworking ($75 per hour) ¾ hour minimum
-Route body for new pick up carved top/Les Paul Style Custom woodworking ($75 per hour) 1 hour minimum

*Active to passive installs may require drilling a ground wire, which factors into the custom wiring rate

Pots, Switches, General Electronics

*For jobs involving more than 3 or more components we default to the custom hourly wiring rate of $75 per hour (it saves you money, trust us)

-Diagnose electrical issue bench fee: $10 minimum, $75 per hour for big troubleshooting
-Repair disconnected component or jack: $10
-Replace jack $10-$25
-Replace potentiometer (pot) $25

Fretwork

-Fret Dress (level, re-crown, polish frets, and full set up on guitar) $165* (see below for additional charges)
-Round over/re-shape fret ends (aka Hot-dogging fret ends): $55
-Full refret on unfinished fingerboard (rosewood, ebony, or similar) $325* (Acoustic + $25)
-Full refret on unfinished fingerboard with binding (rosewood, ebony, or similar) $375* (acoustics +$25)
-Full refret on maple fretboard with no finish work or fretboard service: visual estimate required, typically $275* 
-Full refret on finished fretboard: visual estimate required*. Typically prices like a standard refret with an hour of finish work at $75 per hour
-Partial refret: $75 per hour + fret wire material. Typically pricing averages $10-$15 per fret depending on fret material, fretboard type, binding, etc. A Full fret dress is extra and may be required and is extra
-Fretted to fretless conversion: $200 (+$75 for fingerboards with binding)
-Fingerboard planing on a fretless bass $120
-High density hand rubbed oil finish on Fretless fingerboard: $50
-Epoxy finish on fretless fingerboard: $125-$150
-Some 7.5" radius fingerboards add $40

Headstocks and Necks

-Headstock repairs: Starting at $75, reaching up to $400 depending on severity of the break and finish work.
-Carbon Fiber reinforced headstock repairs starting at $300, lifetime warranty 
-Heat treatments to correct neck issues: starting at $50
-Replace stripped truss rod nut on MIA Fenders $75 per hour, typically 1.5 hours +/-
(requires new truss rod nut, walnut plug and light finish work.  Set-up is extra, in some instances and new nut may be required as well)
-Mount neck, no drilling: $10 with set up, other services extra
-Mount neck with drilling: $30 with set up
-Dowel and drill stripped neck mounting hole: $25 for first hole repair, $15 for each additional done at same time
-Repair Broken truss rod nuts on single action rods (standard Gibson, some fenders) $85
-Broken truss rod: visual estimate required
-Acoustic Neck reset: standard Martin style narrow heel: $450
-Acoustic Neck reset: Gibson and Guild style wide heel: $475

*New Saddles, bridges, and/or nuts are not included in the price of neck resets. Some neck resets requiring more dovetail shimming than typical can increase the cost.

Bodies and Cosmetics

-Acoustic Body cracks: visual estimate required. $75 per hour, most cracks addressed in well under 1.5 hours
-Reglue loose binding $75 per hour
-Other binding repairs: visual estimate required
-Finish work: visual estimate required (Rate is $80 per hour + finishing supplies)
-Buff out finish: starting at $35
-Full refinishes starting at $400
